Refund policy

At The English Garrison, we are committed to providing high-quality products that meet your expectations. Please note that we do not accept returns for any products. However, we offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective.

Exchange Policy for Damaged or Defective Products. 

If you receive a damaged or defective item, you may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. 

To be eligible for an exchange: 

1. Contact Us: Email us at theenglishgarrison@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. 

2. Provide Proof: Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or defective product.

3. Return the Product: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned to us after approval.
 
Once the damaged or defective item is received and inspected, we will ship a replacement product to you at no additional cost.

Important Notes:

• Exchanges are only available for the same item or a similar product of equal value if the same item is out of stock.
• We reserve the right to deny an exchange request if the product shows signs of use or damage not caused by manufacturing or shipping.
• Shipping costs for returning the damaged product are non-refundable.
